After obtaining a BSc in Psychology at Loughborough University, Phil went into the Royal Air Force for six years as a Provost (Police and Security Officer). Upon leaving to study Law, Phil obtained a Commendation in his Common Professional Examination and a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the University of Central England.
Since qualifying in 1994 he has specialised in Family Law and obtained Advanced Membership of the Law Society Family Law Panel and is a Specialist Mmeber of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors' Family Law Association).
Phil specialises in all areas of Family Law in relation to divorce, children and financial matters, including co-habitation, prenuptial agreements, injunctions and all other areas of family litigation.
As a member of Resolution, Phil attempts to deal with family matters in a understanding and non-confrontational manner while at the same time achieving the best result for his client.
