Kevin is co-founder of the firm with Martin Canning.
He obtained a 2.1 Law degree from Nottingham University in 1971 and then qualified as a solicitor at Wragge & Co a substantial commercial law firm in Birmingham and has specialised in commercial work ever since.
Garner Canning was formed in 1987 and has grown from one office with 4 staff to 4 offices and in excess of 50 staff and throughout this period Kevin has headed the commercial law department through its continual expansion.
Kevin deals with general company and business law matters. and specialises in all aspects of property work ranging from substantial housing and commercial developments to commercial acquisitions sales and leases.
Kevin has a well established and loyal client following who appreciate his expertise and knowledge.He has a common sense approach to the work and clients appreciate his ability to explain complex matters clearly whilst putting them at their ease.
