Joanna graduated from the University of Reading with a law degree and completed the post-graduate diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law in York, with a commendation. Joanna trained at a Top 100 UK law firm, qualifying as a solicitor in 1996.
After a number of years dealing with family law, property and criminal matters, Joanna has specialised in family law work since 2001, working in the Castle Bromwich area. Joanna joined Garner Canning in 2008 and is based in our Castle Bromwich office, where she undertakes work for both publicly funded and private clients, dealing with all aspects of family related work including divorce, matters relating to children, and financial issues on separation.
Joanna is also a member of Resolution and is accredited member of the Law Society Family Pannel. Joanna adopts an approachable manner and deals with cases in a constructive and non-confrontational way.
