Following an earlier career in law, Jan obtained a 2.1 honours degree in business law from Coventry University in 1994, and completed her Legal Practice Course at Birmingham University.
Since completing her training Jan has specialised in Employment Law and practice. She advises on all employment matters, both for employers and employees such as contracts, redundancy and dismissal issues.
